Acrobatic Arts Program

The Acrobatic Arts curriculum we use is comprehensive across the broadest range of students, from the youngest budding dancer at age 3 years all the way up to adult!

The curriculum is designed to safely train all dancers from their very first bridge and cartwheel, all the way up to aerials and back tucks. All of this is done through simple yet thoughtful progressions. With each acrobatic mastery, another aspect can be added to increase the level of difficulty.

Dancers gain strength, flexibility, artistry and confidence for their performance with Acrobatic classes.
